401K PLAN
The 401K plan is provided as a means of saving for retirement. Pre-tax contributions may be up to 75% of the employees’ gross salary, provided that total deposits do not exceed IRS limits in any calendar year.
Employee contributions are vested immediately at 100%. NorthStar Studios will also match 100% of what the employee contributes, up to a maximum of 4% of salary.
NorthStar Studios gives the employee the opportunity to manage their investments at their own discretion.
