401K Plan
The 401K plan is provided as a means of saving for retirement. For full-time regular employees, NorthStar Studios will match dollar-for-dollar up to 4% of gross salary on a bi-weekly basis. Pre-tax contributions may be up to 75% of the employees’ gross salary, provided that total deposits do not exceed IRS limits in any calendar year. Employee contributions and the company match are vested immediately at 100%. NorthStar Studios gives the employee the opportunity to manage their investments at their own discretion.
