NorthStar Studios employee benefits are under the administration of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Tennessee for health insurance. Dental insurance is under the administration of Delta Dental of Tennessee. These plans are available to all full-time employees and subsidized by NorthStar Studios, allowing employees to obtain health coverage at low cost. In addition, employees may obtain optional Vision insurance coverage through Spectera.
